These 3-hour courses consist of demonstrations, obtaining a zero, and manipulation shooting exercises focused on introducing the shooter to responsive and defensive shooting.

Equipment Requirement

A comprehensive course designed to teach you the safe and effective use of a carbine in a defensive role. Learn to shoot fast, smooth and accurate under stress.

Equipment Requirements:

  • ·         Carbine with sling
  • ·         30 round carbine mags (Min. 4)
  • ·         Battle Belt or Chest Rig 
  • ·         300 carbine rounds (bring as much as you like)
  • ·         Handgun and Holster
  • ·         Magazines and Pouches (MIN. 2)
  • ·         150 - 200 Handgun Rounds (for transitions)
  • ·         Eye and Ear Pro
  • ·         Hydration (camelback or bottle of water)
  • ·         Hat and Appropriate Clothing
  • ·         Gloves and Knee Pads  Recommended
  • ·         Cleaning kit

The Four Primary Rules of Firearm Safety

  • Point the muzzle in a safe direction.
  • Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.
  • Be sure of the target and what is in front of it and beyond it.
  • Keep your finger outside the trigger guard until ready to shoot.
